It has been a pleasure and honour to work with Dr. Beigi as he is not only a great mentor but also a very inspiring friend. He has helped me remain focused on my goal of becoming a dentist and encouraged me to never give up. On days where I did not believe in myself, Dr. Beigi was there to uplift my spirits and give me the motivation to keep moving forward. From him, I learnt the meaning of never giving up on your dreams no matter how difficult or impossible the path may seem. My hope is for this team to continue growing and working passionately towards the goal of making MARI our own individual goal to see it prosper. We are the future of what Dr. Beigi started with his hard work and determination. Lastly, I would like to thank Dr. Beigi for being a huge inspiration for young scientists like myself.

Research AssistantIt means accountability: you are on your own, but you have a team right behind you. Whatever ideas you bring to the table, some may think they’re stupid, but MARI listens and we get the chance to grow and refine our skills and ideas. MARI is therefore a way to express myself and my ideas.

Human Resources ManagerMARI to me has been a place of self realization. I’ve learned about my strengths and weaknesses and I’ve been given every opportunity to face those challenges and turn every weak point into something rewarding and great. I’ve been given opportunities and the freedom to be innovative and creative.

Social Media ManagerMARI has been so many different things, a place for growth, established my confidence, made me a contributing member to society. MARI, to me, is everything you could ever want it to be. To me, it has kind of become my baby, as I've worked so hard on it. Could not imagine as a 17 year old in a work learn program that i would be here today. Grown so much and MARI has been my foothold into the professional role, received positions using these skills and experiences. The most amazing opportunity to grow and use it as that and make it what you want it to be! Thank Dr. Beigi for this opportunity and worked with so many people. Received so much creative and mental freedom to grow.
