Vanessa Mora is the Chief Development Officer at MARI. Her role consists of working with the CEO, staff, and board members to provide strategic plans for the development and the organization’s efficacies. She overlooks 622 members, including physicians, nurses, pharmacists, undergraduate, and high school students through recruitment, training, motivation for MARI’s mission. She is currently a fourth-year undergraduate at the University of British Columbia, specializing in Biochemistry and Human Physiology. Outside of MARI, she is an opthalmologist technician and has researched various organizations such as Metro Vancouver, Science Rendezvous, and Fraser Health. Vanessa has contributed to several book publications such as The Practical Guide to Obstetrics and Gynecological Dermatology, Dermatology Rheumatology, and research dictionary publications such as Amblyopia, Conjoined Twins, Cardiomegaly, Quadriplegia, Alcohol Intolerance, and Query Fever.
